What is a skipass?

The ski pass card is compulsory and serves as proof of your ski pass. Without a ski pass card, you cannot ski.

Once purchased, the card belongs to you and is non-refundable. It is not a deposit.

This card can be reused from one year to the next and can be topped up using the number provided.

Buy a ski pass

You can buy and top up your card:

• At the ticket office (see the list of ticket officeshttps://www.station-metabief.com/fr/bornes-retrait)

• Online

• At the terminals at the resort’s rental outlets (see the list of participating rental outletshttps://www.station-metabief.com/fr/bornes-retrait)

• At the terminals in the “Achat Express” area (next to the Métabief tourist office)

Using the ski pass

Once you’ve topped up your ski pass, pop it into one of your left-hand pockets and simply swipe it through the gates at each ski lift.

Please note: for those who have topped up their ski pass at the terminal at the Deniski ski hire shop in Les Longevilles Mont d’Or, there may be a delay between topping up the pass and its activation. To ensure your pass is active immediately upon arrival at the ski lifts, you’ll find a satellite terminal next to the Super Longevilles ticket office which will activate the pass instantly.

Top up your ski pass

If you already have a ski pass, you can top up your passes at the ticket office, at the self-service terminals at partner hire shops, at the express purchase point or online.

To order your ski pass on our website, follow these steps:

1. Select your ski passes on the homepage and click ‘Buy’

2. Select your options (insurance). Please note that insurance must be taken out at the same time as the ski pass; it cannot be added after purchase.

3. Indicate that you already have one or more ski pass cards

4. Enter your details or create an account

5. Customise your ski passes and enter the ski pass card numbers. Please ensure you complete this step with the card number to hand, otherwise you risk topping up the wrong card.

6. Confirm and make your payment

7. Your card has been topped up; all you need to do is go to the ski lifts on the day your pass is valid.
