Trail running training routes can be downloaded from the tourist office website and will soon be signposted in Métabief.
Please feel free to come and give them a go to warm up before the Mont d'Or Trail (held every year in mid-June) and to familiarise yourself with the trails in the Métabief Montagnes du Jura.
